Graffam’s prices are competitive and the quality of their lobster is second to none, certainly because of the surrounding clean, cold Penobscot bay waters. The facilities are clean and modern with refrigerated tanks of water taken from the bay. This is one of the top quality operations in the state and their care and expertise are reflected in the quality of their lobster.. I still don’t know how they get any work done with that beautiful harbor outside the window. Graffam also sells some of the most righteous soft shell little neck clams we’ve found. Claming is a true mom and pop business in Maine and Jim has obvious found some top shelf rakers.
