Ingredients:
- 1 ounce olive oil
- ½ slice medium red onion
- ½ slice medium green pepper
- ½ slice medium red pepper
- ½ slice medium tomato
- ½ teaspoon lobster base/li>
- ½ cup water
- 6 ounces lobster meat -- tail and claw
- ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
- ½ ounce red hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons non-fat sour cream
Preparation:
Heat oil in sauté pan to medium heat. Add onion, peppers, tomato and sauté 5 minutes. Add Maine Lobster base to water until dissolved. Transfer to sauté pan. Add Maine Lobster meat, garlic, red hot sauce, Cajun seasoning and simmer 3 more minutes. Stir in sour cream until desired consistency. Serve over white rice.
Note: This is the single serving size recipe. Simply increase portions by the number of people to be served.
