Korean Maine Lobster and Green Onion Pancake

Ingredients: Garnish
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced on the bias
  • ¼ cup onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup carrot, julienne 
  • 4 ounces shrimp, diced
  • 4 ounces scallops, diced
  • 4 ounces Maine Lobster, cooked, chopped
  • 2-4 ounces squid, diced
  • Note: Any seafood combo will be great.
Ingredients: Batter
  • ½ - ¾ cup water (as needed)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Korean bean paste (dwen jang)
Preparation:

Prepare the batter and combine with the garnish. Cook like any pancake. Prepare Dipping Sauce: 3 parts soy sauce, 1 part rice vinegar, and scallions.
