Ingredients: Garnish
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced on the bias
- ¼ cup onion, sliced
- ¼ cup carrot, julienne
- 4 ounces shrimp, diced
- 4 ounces scallops, diced
- 4 ounces Maine Lobster, cooked, chopped
- 2-4 ounces squid, diced
- Note: Any seafood combo will be great.
Ingredients: Batter
- ½ - ¾ cup water (as needed)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon Korean bean paste (dwen jang)
Preparation:
Prepare the batter and combine with the garnish. Cook like any pancake.
Prepare Dipping Sauce: 3 parts soy sauce, 1 part rice vinegar, and scallions. |
