Greenhead Lobster is a wholesaler, buying from the local independent lobstermen in the picturesque port of Stonington. The company works out of their dockside facility and next to their buying station they have two tidal lobster pounds, holding up to 150,000 pounds, The tidal holding pens provide a natural environment for holding lobsters. The company sells only 1 ¼- 1 ½ pound lobsters on their website, although they will try to fill special size requests if you ask. Greenhead only sells lobsters, which is fine with us!
